I'm a virtuoso acoustic Flamenco guitarist and composer, with many years experience as both a soloist and dance accompanist..... I learned my Flamenco while living in Spain and working for noted author D.E. Pohren ("Art of Flamenco") and my influences were such as Agustin Rios Amaya, Joselero, Diego and Paco del Gastor, Fernandillo de Moron, Dieguito Amaya Torres, and many other authentic Gitano artists. Over the years, I've either played or shared venue w/such as Rosa Montoya's Baile Flamenco, Los Flamencos de la Bodega, Cheech Marin, Robben Ford, Strictly Tango, Enrique Iglesias, Los Lobos, Mark Bittner ("Wild Parrots of Telegraph Hill"), and many more. I've also recorded for TV (ABC TV in Hollywood) and film (including the"Consumer Power" series, about Ralph Nader for Bailey Film Associates, among others) Clients have included such as Emmy Award winning Director Ron Bacon (ABC TV, The Academy Awards), UCSC Music Department (Flamenco guitar workshops), Hyatt St.Claire, Ridge Vineyards, Sonoma Mission Inn, Bank of America, Calpine, Sheraton Petaluma, Nordstrom, Avance, Napa Valley Museum, Georgios, Shoreline Amphitheater (opening for Enrique Iglesias), Cucina Rustica,Icon Capital, VIP Mobile, Cohn & Wolfe (event honoring Spiros Pissinos, Assistant Conductor of the N.Y.
