Data Entry VolunteerThe New Nonprofit Nexus is seeking a volunteer who is dedicated and passionate about working with new and start-up nonprofits in a cultural context. We are looking for individuals who come from an understanding of diverse communities, can advocate and identify with the strengths and challenges of new nonprofits, and come from an "out of the box" progressive point of view on how to provide technical assistance to nonprofits.

Projects/Tasks for the Data Entry Volunteer:
We are in need of a pretty much self-directed/motivated volunteer who will
1) sort through our e-mails, correspondences and mark or catalogue what service resulted
2) type-up raw data that needs to be compiled (e-mails, log book entries, journal entries and computer files)
3) review the journal entries and associate them with any narrative description of the year
4) help streamline our board binder
We are a volunteer organization looking for a conscientious volunteer interested in applying your skill set and organizational talents. We anticipate that this project should take about 5-10 hours per week and we would like to complete this by the end of November 2006. If you are interested and would like to know more info
