Hi,
My name is Melanie and I am a professional nanny, a respected career in my home country of New Zealand. I am currently living and working in Woodside. I have over 7 years of nannying experience and have excellent references. I am 27 years old and have been driving for 11 years. I have experience driving in large cities (Chicago, London, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco) and have a clean drivers license.
I have cared for many different children of different ages and nationalities. My experience has included: live-in, sole charge care of 3yr old twins; live-out, sole charge care of a 3mth old baby and his 8yr old twin brothers; live-in, sole charge care of a 4mth old baby and her 3yr old brother; live-in, sole charge care of a 5yr old boy and his 7yr old sister; live-in, sole charge care of 3 children, 8, 10 & 13yrs, respectively. For the past year and a half, I have been caring for two beautiful girls who are now 14 mths and 3yrs.
While a very affectionate and nurturing nanny by nature, I am fully capable of establishing healthy routines and maintaining a happy, positive environment for your children. As a professional nanny I have made a commitment to provide dynamic care that fosters child development and always aim to furnish children with fun learning experiences that promote their cognitive, social and emotional development. Since I have substantial experience, I can easily adapt to each different family's personal style. I am a cheerful, flexible person who values honesty and integrity and am looking for a family with a similar outlook. My main goal as a nanny is to ensure your child is always happy, healthy, safe and loved.
I am currently looking for a full-time, live-out position beginning in January 2007. I would like for my next job to be long-term so am really only looking for positions with a duration of at least one or two years and ideally longer.
