The democrats claim to be open-minded and accepting of others, but the OP DOESN'T sound open-minded or accepting of others. The OP sounds just like a NAZI.
Could it be that the democratic party and Nazi's the same ???
ONLY a democrat could make such a stupid statement, and feel good about themselves ....

We are looking for people to explore ways of penalizing, identifying criminal malfeasance, and ultimately banning the Republican Party in the state of California, and ultimately the United States. Specifically, we are looking at existing RICO statutes which would allow us to successfully file suit and also identify specific individuals within the party for criminal investigation, conviction, and incarceration for crimes against humanity.
For all of those who think that this activity somehow violates the First Amendment provision of free speech and rights of association, the blatant fact is that the Republican Party has ACTIVELY been the umbrella that has allowed its members to break election laws, strong-arm corporate policies over those of social good, imperiled the planet with its complete abhorance to reasonable and necessary environmental laws, and has been the instigator of most of today's evils. If such an organization were to be created today, it would be IMMEDIATELY shut down do to its criminal influence. The First Amendment does NOT allow for such corrosive action, and this abuse of privilege cannot be tolderated. With the Republican Party effectively banned, we can have TRUE democracy with a diverse amount of political freedoms that currently are not in vogue.
We are going to meet in January during inauguration of the Democratic Congress and specify ways we can accomplish this task. No easy feat, but we have the numbers, we have the diversity, and we have the moral courage to follow through on this very necessary process of returning Democracy to the United States, and rejoin the rest of the planet in harmonious interaction.
