Anyone know of a long term domestic violence shelter?

I got a friend who was hurt and is not doing well. she is a loan broker and hasn't sold a loan in five months. she has no money, she needs to pay to get her license back, her car is unregistered, and she can't pay her bills. on top of all off that, the preliminary hearing is coming up this month, right after thanksgiving and she has to go to court and start reliving it all over again. this girl needs some help, and she needs it now. it could be a private situation or shelter. i don't know what is better. my daughter was in this situation and she thrived in a domestic violence shelter, but that was in humbolt. the girl in the situation presently is not a substance abuser, she has just been overrun with this violent attack and what it did to her life. i am not in a situation to help her myself or i would . she is currently in the southern alameda county area, and needs to stay somewhat close because of court and trial and family and so on. thanks for reading.
