Nanny Needed for 4 Month Old

Hello,
We are in need of an experienced nanny to care for our 4 month old in our Willow Glen (San Jose) home starting December 11th (we can be flexible around the holidays). We are looking for someone who is responsible and reliable, caring, energetic, intelligent, good-natured, and fun. A college student pursuing a career in education or child development would be ideal. A few other requirements include:
•Fluent English
•Experience with infants
•CPR Certification (if you are not already certified, we would help you become certified)
•Non-smoking
•Dog-friendly (we have a very sweet 2 year old golden retriever)
•We would prefer a long-term commitment (at least until summer 2007)
We need help Monday thru Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., but we are open to hiring two nannies to share the week.
