It'll be just like Bush has done all his life - create a mess for all the wrong reasons and then try to walk away from it and let it be someone else's problem. In this case, he plans on letting the Iraq War be the problem of the new Democrat controlled Congress and the next president. He started an illegal, pre-emptive war with a country that wasn't a threat to the United States solely for the purpose of controling their oil and using their devastated country for a permanent military presence in the mid-east. Bush, Rumsfeld, and Cheney have been directing this war for 3 1/2 years and lying to Americans every step of the way - while hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqis, our allies, and American soldiers have been killed or wounded. Bush will be proclaiming to the world what a complete coward he is if he doesn't resolve this deadly quagmire in the next year.
