So the rest of US should be pissed at Hayward PD because THEY DID THEIR JOB??? You mean to tell me that you want us to feel sorry for you? Why? Because your daughter was the one who LIED to YOU and had a suspended license and because YOU were not prepared with your registration in the glove box? You want US to be pissed at Hayward PD? YOU ARE GROWN. It is not THEIR responsiblity to get you a cab, a ride, a phone or anything else because YOU let a UNLICENSED DRIVER drive YOUR vehicle.
How DARE YOU disrespect the police department because YOU failed to inspect your vehicle, failed to put YOUR registration in YOUR glove box and failed to check the drivers license of the person you allowed to drive YOUR vehicle.
YOU need to take ownership of YOUR actions or lack there of. I am HAPPY that the Hayward PD got an UNSAFE vehicle AND driver off the street.
