Folks: pretty easy. we've got singer, guitarist, bassist, and keys in the horizon. we sound real good...something sorta TALKING HEADS, SOUL COUGHING, G. LOVE, COLD WAR KIDS. we're a great group of dudes. no egos whatsoever. we play well together and we have a good time of it and we sound real solid. we're working towards putting together our first EP so that we can play shows in february, and we need a drummer who knows a thing or two about the james brown sound and can make the beats bounce to hop on board. we're looking for THE DRUMMER and we know you're out there. we want to mix blues with beats...you know, a real DENSE groove (kinda like the shit that QUESTLOVE throws on the set, or david king of THE BAD PLUS). we want a drummer to come in and throw down beats that will CHALLENGE us musically; to kill a groove dead in its tracks and take it in a totally separate direction. we want a drummer to kill the audience by rocking them into oblivion. the lyrics are severe and powerful and cerebral; we need the music to be visceral and severe as well, and thus: we need a damn fine drummer...

we have a rehearsal november 28th (tuesday, 8 p.m.). we want THE DRUMMER to show up and rock it down with us. get back to me...please...soon. we're good fellas and we're looking for the drummer that will get the job done. after thanksgiving, we'll be rehearsing twice a week; once things get rollin', we'll be going for three times a week.
