My au pair has finally arrived and I am no longer in need of my temporary nanny. Lucrecia Ramos has been watching our (almost) one year old girls for the past three weeks in last August. She is reliable (she always arrives on time) and responsible (when the girls got sick, she called me at work to let me know how they were doing.) She is also very aware of potential safety hazards (they are starting to walk) and I have never worried about their safety when she took them to the park when I was away.
