I'm a CA licensed architect with a lot of experience in Acoustics and Soundproofing.
I can help you soundproof your recording studio, club, hometheatre, rehearsal space, old garage or even your apartment. If you already have a space, I can do noise, RTA and RT60 measurements. We'll discuss the results and I'll propose acoustic remedies.
I charge a fee, which is discounted for artists and musicians. If you hire a contractor, competitive bids obtained with my design documents will more than pay for my fees in most cases.
I will obtain planning & building permits and/or bids from contractors, where required. I can provide full service or only the parts where you need help.
This is still a great time to refinance and fold the construction cost into the new mortgage at historically low rates.
References from other craigslisters and photos of completed projects are available. First consultation and proposal are always free, no job too small or large!
